We only source the freshest meat and produce to ensure we supply only the best in quality and flavour.

Wibblers Brewery took on the Southminster Butchers in 2021 as it looked like it would close and as we sourced out meat from there we couldn’t allow the village to lose what remains the only High Street Butchers in the Dengie Peninsula. 

Our Beef is locally sourced grass fed beef that is also fed on the spent grain from the Brewery, a truly unique offering that produces what we think are the finest burgers and steaks, the perfect thing to cook on the braai. Or BBQ!
