Our Chef Stephen has 30 years experience in the industry and the Kitchen serves a range of home made snacks and meals using as much local produce as we can.
Enjoy a range of burgers, hot main meals, bar snacks and an ever changing Specials Board.
We also serve a Sunday Roast using locally sourced meat & vegetables.
As we are fortunate enough to have The Southminster Butchers as part of the Wibblers Family you can be assured that the finest quality meat is used. Meat sourced from Fowlers Abattoir in Burnham-on-Crouch and expertly transformed into our roasting joints, burger, sausages, steak etc by our brilliant Butcher Jay and his team.
Basically if we can source it locally or make it ourselves that’s what we do!!
